Rachael Rudin
Rachael is the firm's founder and managing attorney. Her goal is, and has always been, to provide her clients with thoughtful and effective legal representation, and offer practical, solution-focused options to the often-difficult issues many families face.
Some of the firm's specific services include family law mediations, collaborative divorce, traditional divorce litigation, modifications of prior family law judgments, step-parent adoptions, legal name changes, estate planning and probate.
Rachael is an experienced and highly effective Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. As a litigator, Rachael practices exclusively in the areas of marital and family law and probate. She is also trained in the collaborative practice of family law.
Rachael graduated with a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2009, where she served as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2006, earning her B.A. in English Literature and a minor in Business Administration.
Rachael presently serves on the Executive Council of the Marital and Family Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and previously served as the Section's Chair for the 2020-2021 Bar Year. She also a current member of the Stann Givens Family Law Inn of Tampa, and is a former member of the Canakaris American Inn of Court, the Hillsborough County Bar Association's Bar Leadership Institute (BLI) program, and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers.
Rebecca B. Long
Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida and graduated cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law. While in law school she was the Managing Editor of the Law Review, served as a Senator for the Student Bar Association, served as an Office of Professional Development Student Ambassador, and as a Phi Alpha Delta Treasurer. Rebecca was one of only two recipients of the Dean's Professionalism Award.
Rebecca brings a unique perspective to the firm with a longstanding career conducting federal security investigations. As a former military spouse and an adoptive parent, Rebecca is well versed in both family law and adoption. She brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to our family law and estate planning practice. Rebecca is an active member of the Stann Givens Family Law Inn of Tampa, and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, pets, and playing softball.
